DESCRIPTION:
C. & E. Marshall Co, Chicago, Illinois, small watch rounding up tool, brass and steel, gear-driven hand-cranked cutter, all mounted to wood base and protected under a glass dome.
CONDITION:
A diminutive rounding up tool made in Germany for Marshall. Slightly dark patina on the brass parts. The glass dome is not original and just a bit too big. Finish is worn off of the base where the glass dome sits on it. Three accessories are included and one cutter is currently mounted in the tool. Ratchet wheel currently mounted to be cut is just for appearances. Good Marshall logo on the wood base.
